I filed a Lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara on June 24, 1998 Civil Case No.CV774848 against the Muslim Community Association of the San Francisco Bay Area, Masjid An-Noor, and the Granada Islamic School all in Santa Clara, California. It was and still is alleged that the Defendants are Recruiting and Funding Terrorist Groups of "Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan" whom are Al-Qaeda and Taliban trainers and the U.S. backed "Mujahedin-e-Khalq / Mojahedin-e-Khalq " with offices in Washington DC.

The Defendants (MCA) Board of Directors never told the community about a $50,000,000 Lawsuit as they continued to ask for Donations for over 12 months.

The Attorney for the Defendants Robert E. Mitchell "Mitchell, Moore & Associates" is a highly profiled Attorney for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) organization which also helped the U.S. backed Mujahedin-e-Khalq / Mojahedin-e-Khalq and Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan Terrorists and still does.

In 1998, When Muslim Community Association of the San Francisco Bay Area, Granada Islamic School, and Masjid An-Noor was served with my lawsuit, one of the first things that the Defendants did was remove a Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Embassy banner (Washington D.C.) from their websites.

It was also alleged on the lawsuit that a Married teacher (Fatemeh Dawnmarie Hosseini and/or Fatemeh Haji Hosseini and/or Fetima Hosseini) at Granada Islamic School and her conspirators, brainwashed me, seduced me, mentaly and physically raped me after I started asking questions about where does donated money go to. She also called herself Fatemeh Seyed Hosseini and/or Fetima Seyed Hosseini. She used the name Fetima Hosseini on documents that she allegedly transcribed from Bosnian to english because she had claimed to be from Bosnia but she is not a Bosnian, she is an American born in the State of Illinois. She is a American Mojahedin-e-Khalq terrorist agent with many different identities. Mojahedin-e-Khalq terrorists are mostly Iranians which is what her husband is, an Iranian named Seyed Hossein Heidar Hosseini.

Mr. Seyed Hossein Heidar Hosseini is a Mojahedin-e-Khalq terrorist and was one of the founders of an Islamic center in Oakland, California called The Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California.

Mojahedin-e-Kalq is funded by the US and UK governments and Mojahedin-e-Kalq's headquarter's was in the country of Iraq at that time, and in the most part it still is. In 1995 the American born Fatemeh Dawnmarie Hosseini was invited to work at the Granada Islamic School as a full time teacher even though she had absolutely no experience with teaching children and had absolutely zero teaching credentials. This was all part of the ongoing CIA covert operations on US soil which was illegal at that time for the CIA to conduct any covert or overt operations on US soil. Mojahedin-e-Khalq agents also work for and supplied with weapons and trained by the US backed Israel Zionist Mossad terrorists, but she was not the first Mossad informant to be heavily involved with the Muslim Community Association of the San Francisco Bay Area, Masjid An-Noor, and the Granada Islamic School. Traces of Mossad Agents in Najaf Blast

TEHRAN, August 31 (Mehr News Agency) – An Iraqi analyst said traces of Mossad agents were found at the Najaf blast site where Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Baqer al-Hakim, the leader of the Supreme Assembly for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SAIRI), and more than 80 others were martyred on Friday.

The analyst, who requested anonymity, told the Mehr News Agency that Zionist intelligence agents have made great efforts to infiltrate Iraqi groups in order to thwart efforts to create national unity.

After Saddam Hussein was ousted, the Zionist regime took advantage of a lack of cooperation among the Iraqi Shia and sent a large number of extremist Jews and Mossad agents to Iraq, with the help of the occupying forces, to infiltrate Islamic groups and obtain information, the analyst said.

He added that a few months ago, a Mossad agent who knew Arabic and was quite familiar with Iraqi Muslim groups made a great effort to infiltrate organizations in southern Iraq and even influenced these groups. According to some reports, a written agreement and direct help from the U.S. troops, members of the terrorist Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) have helped Zionist operatives in this mission.

Saddam supported the MKO for years and ordered to spy on and wage war against the Iraqi Shia.

The main goal of the Zionists is sowing discord among Muslims, especially the Shia, because they are aware of the people’s great attachment to clerics such as the marty Ayatollah Baqer al-Hakim, whose efforts to unite the people would disappoint them from dominating and pillaging the Iraqi resources. While not ruling out the hand of the extremist groups such as al-Qaeda in the massive blast in Najaf, he noted, “Of course I think the massive propaganda by some Western-minded media and an emphasis on blaming al-Qaeda or remnants of the Baath party is to be considered a conscious effort to hide the role of Zionist and occupying forces in this abominable atrocity.”

Insecurity and the breakout of a civil war among Muslims especially the Shias would largely contribute to the continued presence of occupying forces in Iraq and the lack of a serious effort by the U.S. to maintain security in southern religious cities may be in line with this purpose.

Word is spreading around Kodak Park here in Rochester NY. And will break on national News tonite that Kodak film experts have analyzed the Nick Berg video and some of the Abu Grhaib Prison videos comparing them for certain encrypted recording signatures.

Each video camera leaves a certain signature mark, much like a fingerprint or striation markings on bullets in gun barrels. Same goes for CD-ROM Burners, they leave a trace or type of Cookies on the finished product.

These are tested by computer and not visible by the naked eye. Experts here after lunch have concluded that one of the 2 video cameras used in the Nick Berg "beheading" was also used to film US troop abuses of Iraqi detainees.

THIS is BAD news for BushCorp., Military, and CIA.

THE HAL TURNER SHOW HAS RECEIVED A REPORT WHICH SAYS THE NICHOLAS BERG BEHEADING VIDEO WAS TAKEN WITH THE SAME DIGITAL CAMERA AS THE ABU GHRAIB PRISON TORTURE VIDEOS!

Apparently, digital camera manufacturers install a "digital watermark" on each digital imaging device, which is as unique as a fingerprint. Experts have reportedly analyzed the videos and compared the digital watermarks and determined that the same imging device took the Nicholas Berg beheading video and the Prison torture videos!

The exact text of the report is as follows:

Today new pictures were released of prison torture at Abu Ghraib prison.

But not just still pictures. Today video was released showing prisoners being tortured by Americans.

Aparently Kodak film experts at Kodak Park in Rochester New York have compared the digital watermarks of the torture video and the beheading video and have determined that one of the cameras used in the Nick Berg beheading is THE SAME CAMERA that took the prison torture video.
